This is our initial HDTV, and also the choice method was an extended one. Ours came from Modia, and whereas contact was nice, shipping might are higher – the ‘item has shipped’ email was many days premature, then once transit it sat for three additional days within the native depot awaiting home delivery – shipping was free, and that we live in a very tiny community therefore I deducted no stars, however A-types might stress to a small degree watching for the truck.
The screen is totally stunning – specifically went this route to avoid reflective glare, and there’s little if any, despite it sitting beside a wall of floor to ceiling windows. Not as ‘crisp’ as smaller screen LEDs or perhaps plasmas, however a quantum leap from our twelve year recent Sony 60′ projection (now an ardent kid’s TV within the playroom). Inputs adequate, however a front or aspect input would are handy – it should be tabled, and once the shelves are choked with gear it isn’t fun to maneuver. terribly lightweight – TV itself simply moved alone, however got some facilitate to be safe. Setup is easy (relatively speaking) however not plenty of controls for tweaking, therefore that is a wash.
Only draw back is that the time it takes to get a brand new signal when switching inputs from BD to PS3 to DVR/Cable, however this can be our initial expertise with a TV using HDMI inputs, therefore it’s attainable that all of them take it slow to handle the configurations. I’ve typically gotten impatient and simply set it to the new input supply, flip it off and then back on – appears to hurry things up. Another a part of this can be in all probability that i am not allowed to show off our cable box/DVR (God forbid one in all my wife’s shows does not record), and that i suppose the multiple simultaneous HDMI sources causes some confusion internally.
Once the supply is sorted, however, the image is beautiful. The ‘brilliant’ setting is over the highest on behalf of me, therefore I typically attempt to leave it on ‘standard’ or perhaps ‘game’ unless it is a predominantly dark movie, however even then, ‘bright’ is masses. Blacks are terribly black; colours are smart – too saturated on the upper settings in reality (more controls here would be nice, however it’s what it is). It will take some face time to initially get it got wind of the approach you wish it, however each new piece of kit will. Motion blur was conjointly a priority, however haven’t encountered something noticeable. Sound from TV speakers is adequate, however nothing like through our AV surround system; for the news it’s fine, except for a BD or PS3 game or HD content, you’d need a smart surround setup – it makes an enormous distinction within the overall expertise.

I have a Mitsubishi ws55813 HDTV and the green light keeps blinking.?
I have tried unplugging the tv for several hours, still nothing
Answer
IF the green light keeps blinking all the time, then the Microprocessor is having problems downloading the software for it to run….and the TV will never power up until it stops blinking….
One possibility is there are 4 capacitors that dry out or get leaky in the 5 Volt supply for the micro…..the other is a possible EEprom failure….
